Emerson’s Annual Fall Fundraiser
Greetings Emersonians and Friends
and welcome to our Annual Fun(d)raiser!
WHEN: Saturday, December 7th, from 2 – 5 PM
WHERE: Emerson for the Main Event
WHAT: Festival and Auction
WHY: To have fun (food, entertainment, and fellowship) and to raise funds for Emerson!
And most importantly: HOW?
We aim to raise $12,000 to meet the budget commitments we voted for back in June to sustain and grow our Beloved Community. This is our major fundraising event of the year.
And it is a community project. Many of us participated in last year’s successful event and we, the fundraising committee, are reaching out to you all to step up and:
● Mark your Calendar and plan to bring family and friends to Emerson from 2 to 5 pm on Saturday, December 7th
● Consider how you participated last year or could this year by
- Volunteering in the event (YOUR TIME )
- Offering a service, item, or event for the auction (YOUR TALENT)
- Coming prepared to bid (and maybe outbid) for a spot in one of the above. (YOUR TREASURE)
